Three: Build & Hand-Over (we build it, ship it, and hand you everything), Build & Maintain (we build it and keep it running), and Advisory / Fractional CTO (senior technical direction on a retainer). Same senior team either way.

Do I own the code?
All of it. Source code, infrastructure, and accounts are yours from day one - no lock-in, no per-seat rent, no hostage data. If you ever want to walk away with everything, you can.
What do you build with?
Modern, proven stacks: React, Next.js, Node, and Python on the web; Flutter for native mobile; and current AI/LLM tooling such as RAG, agents, and on-premise models. We also adapt to the stack you already run.
Can it run on our own hardware and stay private?
Yes. We build on-premise and local AI that runs entirely on your hardware, so prompts and documents never leave your network - built for legal, finance, and other compliance-conscious work.
What we build
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes - native iOS and Android apps, shipped to both the App Store and Google Play. We have taken an AI messaging app through both app-store reviews and run it in production.
Can you connect AI to our own documents and data?
Yes. We build RAG systems that ground answers in your own files, databases, and knowledge, with citations your team can verify instead of guesses from the open web.
What are Blueprints?
Tested build specs written for an AI assistant. You point your AI coding assistant at a blueprint and it sets the whole thing up on your machine, adapted to your stack.
